Pakistan Information

Pakistan is in Islamic country, which is located in South Asia bordering with India in North and with Afghanistan in South, Also borderd with Iran and China in western. Pakistan came into being in 14 August in 1947 in the leading of Quaid Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. Quaid Azam was the founder of Pakistan and he fought with All India Congress and other Hindu parties. and finally British Empire releazied that there is a need of seprate Muslim country in Sub-continent. therefore Pakistan came into being in 1947. Pakistan has four provinces Punjab, Khyber Pakhunkhwa, Sindh and Balochistan as well as there is new province recenlty named "Gilgit Baltistan". Pakistan is a naturally agreeculture country and it imports rice and other staff to the world countries. It has a province called "Balochistan" which provide Nature Gas to the country. There is several languages spoken in Pakistan. Urdu is the national language of Pakistan and English is offecial language. According to UN figures of 1998 there was a population of 140 millions. but according to the current Government the population has reached to 180 millions. Pakistan has atomic weapons. Pakistan has a lot of Beautiful places to visit for tourism or any other porpuse. Pakistan has been a peaceful country for last 40 years but few years ago it is in rough situation. Pakistan's national sport game is Hockey and cricket is the most famous game in the country. Islamabad is the capital of Pakistan and Karachi is the beggist city. Lahore called "the heart of Pakistan". Current Pakistan's president is Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister is "Yousuf Raza Gilani". Pakistan Peopl's Party is currently holding the government.
